Weddings
with Hannah Lauren Floristry & Design

A Personal Approach

Every wedding I take on is unique, and I only work with a small number of couples each month so I can give your day the time and attention it deserves. From our very first conversation through to the morning of your wedding, I’ll be there to make sure your flowers feel like you — personal, considered, and beautifully in keeping with the atmosphere you want to create.

Design Philosophy

I don’t believe in following fleeting trends, instead, I believe your flowers should be a reflection of you as a couple. Inspired by your colour palette, venue, and the season, each design is crafted to feel timeless, romantic, and true to your story. I don’t offer “packages,” as no two weddings are ever the same, instead, everything is bespoke, from large-scale installations to the smallest details.

Wherever possible, my designs are foam-free and environmentally conscious, with mechanics and styling chosen to minimise impact on the planet. I can also help you bring the whole look together, from sourcing coloured candles to recommending vases and styling touches that tie everything seamlessly into your vision

The Planning Process

Weddings are all about the finer details, and I’ll be by your side to make sure every floral element feels just right. Here’s how the journey looks:

  1. Initial Consultation

An opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll talk through your venue, colour palette, and overall style, and I’ll encourage you to share any inspiration you’ve gathered.

  2. Booking

Following our consultation, I’ll create a personalised proposal and mood board tailored to your vision. Your date is held for two weeks while you decide. To secure your booking, I ask for a non-refundable £200 booking fee.

  3. The Finer Details

Around two months before your wedding, we’ll have a detailed catch-up — either at your venue or via Zoom — to refine the proposal and finalise all arrangements. This is where we bring together every detail, from flower choices to timings, so everything is seamless on the day.

  4. The Big Day

On your wedding morning, I’ll arrive at your venue with my team to deliver and install your flowers, making sure every detail is just as you imagined. All you need to do is enjoy the moment.

We always try to use sustainable mechanics, and wherever possible source British-grown flowers. It’s an approach that feels authentic, conscious, and timeless, ensuring your wedding florals are not only beautiful on the day but also kind to the world around us.”

"Hannah is such a talented florist it’s incredible. I spoke to about 10 florists when looking for a supplier for florals for my wedding, and she quickly stood out to me as being so friendly, kind, really responsive and the look book she delivered was exactly what I was looking for, as if she had read my mind.

I changed my mind on some colours on quite short notice and Hannah took this in her stride and delivered what I think are the most beautiful floral arrangements I’ve ever seen! The price felt really reasonable for the amount of flowers I received, I had so many compliments on the interesting colours of some of them (especially the speckled white flower which I LOVED) and the whole floral arrangements went with my whole theme and bridesmaid dresses just perfectly.

I am so grateful to Hannah for helping me have an amazing wedding, the flowers tied everything together so well and I would STRONGLY encourage people looking for a florist to speak to Hannah and book her! She is just fantastic. Thank you again, so so much!"

Investment

Every wedding is tailored to you, so prices vary depending on the flowers chosen, the size of arrangements, and your overall vision. After our consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal with an inspirational mood board and itemised pricing, so you can see exactly how your investment translates into your designs.

Due to the time and care I place into each wedding, I operate a minimum spend policy:

• £2,000 minimum for weekend weddings during peak season (May–September)

• £1,500 minimum for local or midweek weddings, including those held in summer

• From £1,000 for more intimate or out-of-season celebrations

On average, my couples invest between £1,500–£3,000 on their wedding flowers.

"I couldn't recommend Hannah Lauren Floristry & Design enough. From our first interaction with Hannah and throughout the whole process she was super friendly and personable. She listened to what we wanted and was able to take our ideas and run with them whilst also making suggestions for what would work well, creating the most gorgeous bouquets and arrangements which fitted with our colour scheme perfectly. We were also able to repurpose a lot of our ceremony flowers for different elements of the wedding breakfast and reception with Hannah staying after the ceremony to transfer the arrangements - this was really helpful and meant that we really didn't have to worry about a thing on the day. The flowers for our day were everything I had dreamed of and more and we have had so many guests comment on how beautiful they were since the wedding."
