How far in advance should we book?

We recommend getting in touch 9–12 months before your wedding date, especially for peak summer weekends (May to September). We take on a deliberately small number of weddings each year so that every couple receives our full attention.

Where are you based and how far do you travel?

The studio is based in Cheltenham, and the vast majority of our weddings are in the Cotswolds. We travel comfortably within roughly a 60-mile radius (Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire and the Cotswolds villages) as part of standard service. Further UK and overseas destination weddings are very welcome — travel and accommodation are simply factored into the proposal.

What is your minimum spend?

Our minimum spend for wedding floristry is £1,000. For full-service wedding design including ceremony installations, tablescapes and statement arches, budgets typically begin at £2,500 and above. We're always happy to talk through what's possible at any level — just get in touch and we'll work from there.

Can you recreate a specific Pinterest arrangement?

We love seeing your mood boards — they help us understand the atmosphere you're after. We don't, however, copy another designer's work directly. Instead, your inspiration becomes a starting point for something completely original, designed around your venue and the best blooms in season at the time.

Do you provide vases, candles, ribbons and props?

Yes. We hold an extensive curated inventory of vessels, urns, plinths, taper candles and silk ribbons available exclusively to our couples. The styling of the tablescape and venue is integral to the floral design — we tend to think of them as one.

What does the process actually look like?

Enquiry first, then a relaxed consultation (over coffee, video call, or at your venue). From there we put together a tailored visual proposal and itemised quote. Once you're booked in, we hold the date for you, refine details over the months ahead, and on the day our team arrives early to install everything from the ground up.
