Taking advantage of this beautiful English summer and gorgeous Boho inspired backless dress from Chi Chi London I jumped at the chance to come up with a bold, colourful inspired floral shoot in the country.
We shot at the picturesque village of Overbury which is on the Southern side of Bredon Hill on the Gloucestershire / Worcestershire border, and the country setting made the perfect backdrop.
As you may know from my other Styled Shoots, I love working with unusual flowers and tones, creating different vibrant looks through bold textured flowers. This shoot was no exception, hoping the bold orange Dahlia's and striking blue cornflowers would pop against the pale embroidery full length gown.
Flowers also included pink and yellow Dahlia's, Proteas and Scabiosa with mixed foliage and mismatch ribbon to complete the statement look.
And no shoot is complete without a statement headpiece, which has quickly become one of my favourite floral additions. I mean who doesn't love wearing flowers in their hair!
